Can I return a purchase for a refund?

You can return an item for thirty days after delivery.

Returns that are based on incorrect color selection or no longer needed are subject to a 35% restocking fee. In these instances, return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns?

We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, like an incorrect color or size. For color exchanges or other compatibility reasons, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
